Teacher Development

The core of a continuously improving institution is continuous professional development of its staff members. Our teachers mandatorily participate a rigorous 5 week induction before the start of the academic year. Special emphasis is on developing a growth mindset among teachers who in turn can cultivate the same in their students. Training topics include - effective instructional strategies, managing student behavior positively, curriculum and lesson planning, effective feedback strategies. There will ongoing training all-round the year - monthly workshops on relevant teacher-identified topics.
